OVTPA - Divisions

OVTPA has divisions based on horsemanship and skill. Novice, Intermediate, ProAM (Pro amateur), and Open. Each Rider has a individual ranking and each team has a team ranking which is the total of the individual riders making up the team. Novice is ranked 1 and 2, Intermediates are ranked 3,4 and Advanced are 5 and 6. So for an example if an Open team of 3 members has two riders are ranked 6 and one rider is ranked 4 their team total is 16. Each new member will rank themselves on the membership form then they are evaluated over the next couple of penning by the directors and officers to approve the ranking or resign a ranking.
