Old Business 3/17/07 |

The January Meeting of the OVTPA Board of Directors at Buckhorn was called to order at 2:03 pm by President Bob Jamison. Those in attendance were: Bob Jamison, Denny Hogg, Melissa Milvet, Dee Kroh, Kathy Hogg Telese Blasiman, Lona Blick, Gary Booth, Terry Sellers, Larry Kroh, and Tom Reeder. Officers/Directors absent were Pam Bradshaw, Adam Hogg, Connie Hoppel, Randy Hoppel, Jamie McNish and Rebecca Bendlak. Minutes from 1/9/07 were read and corrects stated above. *A motion to have a Bob Hawikinberry as a honorary member for flagging and be paid $25.00 per penning from the club and $25.00 per penning by the arena- Seconded - Passed *A motion to allow ball caps during a OVTPA penning- Seconded - Failed 4-6 *A motion to pay the printing cost of Jan. Newsletter of 89.00- Seconded - Passed *Motion was made to adjourn meeting @ 2:52pm |

*Was decided to continue to use the sponsorship money for drawings of prizes for members (coolers/hay bags/etc.)- To Start Next Penning 4/21/07 *4/21/07 Show Stewards were decided to be Gary Booth, Lona Blick and Tom Reeder *Banquet Information on Places and Dates to be brought to next Officers and Directors Meeting. Agreed to be 1st part of November *Next Officers/Directors Meeting to be held at Lance's April 10th 7pm |
