The December Meeting of the OVTPA Board of Directors at Buckhorn Ranch was called to order at 1:37pm by President Bob Jamison. Those in attendance were: Denny Hogg, Kathy Hogg, Pam Bradshaw, Gary Booth, Adam Hogg, Connie Hoppel, Jamie McNish, Lona Blick, Randy Hoppel, Telese Blasiman, Rebecca Bendlak, Terry Sellers, Tom Reeder.and Melissa Shaner. Officers/Directors absent: Dee Kroh and Larry Kroh,

Treasurer’s Report: Was not Given

*General Meeting at Banquet 11/10 - Motion was made to keep individual points. - PASSED

*Evaluation Committee like members to be prompt with addressing any concerns with member ranking.

*Your Evaluation Committee is Jamie McNish, Pam Bradshaw, Connie Hopple, Lona Blick and Debra Lyons

*Your Show Committee is Rebecca Bendlak 440-834-0290 and Duane Doyle 330-420-9563

*Motion was made to have the Open Class Team Penning be a True Open Class, with #12 incentive - PASSED

*Motion was made to adjourn meeting

*New officers and directors take office, in January - see the listing on page 3.

*Members are to talk to your officers and directors about - Sorting would you like to see sorting awarded sepa-rate from Team Penning. -- Talk to your directors for January meeting.

*Members talk your officers and directors about incentive awards, as well as money pay back for the January meeting.

*Officers and Directors to discuss making the #9 class have a #4 cap with only one #4 rider per team. -- Talk to your directors and officers about this for the January meeting.
